A Deeper Surrender

   Hi Lord , it's me  again. It seems like we've been to this familiar place before, where you ask me to die more, to go deeper in my surrender, deeper in my yes to You. I need a new heart . One that doesn't try to save face but would do anything to seek YOUR face. When you ask me to reach out.... and my heart wants to withdraw, to hide in my fear of man and turn away. Deliver me Lord from shame. From the fear of being thought of as _____________. Teach me to step out freely.

   "Child I never ask you to do the things you cannot do, that I don't intend to strengthen you to do. You are right, you need a deeper surrender, one that releases you into My grace for action. Stop wrestling with me. My plans for you are good. My heart for you is good. When a personal trainer gets you to do something uncomfortable or even slightly painful, you trust  he is stretching you so you can achieve the goal. I am no less. I have a plan, a mission, a goal, a thing for you to accomplish. You must stay on track to achieve it. It will be very fulfilling and humbling. But you have asked me for humility so I am granting it. It is the safest way to take you higher."

      "Do not mistake humility for shame my child, It will feel so good to go low. In truth it elevates you in the spirit realm, because you come closer to ME, and that is your hearts desire.  There will always be mockers who do not understand.... pray for them that they will come to know My love and My heart.  Do not fear what people say.  Negativity about you is not the truth. You are complete in me. You are complete in my Love. My heart bursts for you to know the depths of the love I have for you. Let it sink deeper into your soul. This will enable a deeper surrender. Look into my face child. I have such a place of adoration for you. If you knew it... you wouldn't be afraid to go anywhere.  My perfect love casts out fear.

     Rest in my love... let yourself be undone by my grace, and stop striving.  Sow into the glory, and you will reap JOY. Sow into the place of rest and ease in the beloved, and you will reap freedom. It's not in striving that our salvation is found, your deliverance or your freedom from anxiety or stress. It's in ME. Your glory and the lifter up of Your head. So get ready for bed. Not in the physical  no.. we have a lot to do together you and I, but in the place of rest, that goes down deep...... so that as you rest in Me so much is happening....... Take a look at what I have done in scripture while people rested and were asleep. Just dare to see......  I can do it all and more...
