Victim spirit or Trauma spirit

You know you have suffered a loss and you know you need healing but sometimes, it's hard to identify what is going on when the battle is with you. Here are some helpful identifiers for these two common spirits. Having been oppressed and attacked in one form or another by both of these spirits I decided to briefly share my experience of how they affect people, in order to help others. I ask Holy Spirit that you would come and we activate the angels of God to come and help with any deliverance or healing that follows. Have Your way Lord Jesus!

Let's start with a victim spirit. This spirit is not one to hide, in fact it really likes to draw attention to itself. Most of the time it is rather vocal. A victim spirit pairs with self pity to say poor me.... all the time! It loves to refer to past incidents 20, 30 or more years ago to anyone who listen. It feels stuck, like there is nothing it can do to change it's circumstances or as if it's past defines it's future! It makes a person believe the lie that they are unable to choose anything better for their lives. It often manipulates instead of making decisions for change... working with a spirit of manipulation and frequently tied in with a jezebel spirit. ( intentionally uncapitalized) The internal vocalizations of a victim spirit are certainly just as loud or louder than the external manifestation. This spirit invites more victimization. This spirit will let jabs of pain out with hurtful comments to others about it's own sorry hopeless feeling, state of mind. It will blame shift, especially when partnered with a spirit of accusation( leviathan, jezebel strongmen). It doesn't like to take responsibility for shaping it's own life and outcomes. When a person ought to take responsibility to create a different outcome in their circumstances it would rather blame shift and stay stuck. It will whine a lot because it feels stuck in an emotional way. This spirit can be brought on by perceived needs or desires being postponed. Often there is a legitimate wounding that takes place where this spirit decides to set up shop. It is frequently found with resentment, unforgiveness and bitterness or bitter-root judgements, inner vows etc.
If you discern you have been partnering with this spirit then come out of agreement. Declare: victim spirit ( and any other spirits you sense it is partnering with) I bind you and I break your power. I command you to leave me now in Jesus name. The blood of Jesus Christ is against you, I refuse to partner with you any longer. Leave me now!!! I ask the Lord Jesus to remove any markers of being victimized off of my life. You may also want to declare the opposite of the lies that it has been whispering to loosen it's grip and renew your mind!!!

For the longest time I couldn't recognize what was happening to me. I'd get a phone call, or some news and I couldn't make any decisions. This spirit may work with stress or anxiety but will cause a vague stupor on a person making reasoning and decision making very difficult. trauma works much like a stroke or heart attack in the natural.. the person cannot function or operate as they normally would. It will take a person back in time mentally( not usually verabally) to a time of being wounded. When it is located in a physical part of the body it will hinder healing of an injury for years. Trauma can attack emotions too. It seems to attack emotionally when triggered by something. It makes it difficult to mentally shift or rebound. It feels like a blockage or foggy oppression. It can be triggered by unmet needs or memories. I believe it is one of the spirits that activates in women who've had abortions when they hear dentist drills etc. Trauma seems to be a rather silent spirit externally. The afflicted person often cannot voice what is going on in their world and this often can lead to being tormented also by a spirit of isolation. It can come much like an orphan spirit, leading to the lie that: Your Heavenly Father is not loving , powerful or strong enough to bring life, light and hope. Much like in an orphanage where the babies who are never loved, stop crying and asking for help, this spirit causes it's victim to lay stunted in their growth, unable to voice their needs or to reach out for love, help or affection, slowly dying inside. This spirit works with hopelessness, grief and sorrow of heart, creating possibly enormous emotional walls by incapacitating the person's thinking. It can be brought on by true neglect of a person's needs, or self denial ( martyr spirit). With trauma people feel like a holey bucket because most of the visible needs aren't the core issue. There are deeper unseen needs, going unmet.This person can be sincerely grateful as their visible needs are being met and still traumatized. This was me for a time and God brought me to freedom as He gave me understanding and brought me into His presence. If you are struggling with this spirit tormenting you, use your authority. God, I ask that You would break down every wall, structure and altar of trauma, (hopelessness, despair,isolation or any others) that have been build into my life. I invite You into every room where trauma has taken up residence, to come with your angels and evict anything unholy lying in those dark spaces of soul, body, or spirit. I give complete control over to Jesus Christ to set up His kingdom in all those thoughts, places,times or dimensions. I give Him full rights to chase down and evict any enemy that would come against the kingdom of Jesus Christ and of God. Trauma. I bind you and break your power. Go now in Jesus name!!! I ask God to remove any markers in the spirit realm that would invite trauma or it's friends to return. You may not return! I invite Holy Spirit to fill up every void with his joy, resilience and peace! AMEN!!!!
